It's time for our 7th Annual Flash N' Dash Bash! Simply put, it's the greatest running event ever! Whether this is your first time or you are an annual attender, you are in for a treat. This is a fun run/party to promote National Running Safety Month in November.

There are 3 requirements to be able to participate!!
1: Every participant come with some reflective gear, flashing lights, head lamps, etc....
2: Please bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Utah Food Bank.
3: You MUST bring your printed out ticket to the event. PLEASE do not sign up if you aren't sure you can come.
**All children doing the 3/4 mile run, must have an adult accompany them on the run**
This event includes a 3 mile fun run (untimed) and 3/4 mile fun run (untimed), starting at RunGr8 Running Center and finishing at Riverton High School Track. There the bash will begin! Free Scones & Hot Chocolate! Music! Bright Lights! Family & Friends! Contests & Prizes! Know what the best part is? It's all free!!
